Eligibility
We accept returns for all items that are not marked “Final Sale.” Products must be unused, in new condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging included.
Process
To initiate a return, please complete our [Return Request Form](link to your Wix form). Once submitted, our team will review your request and email you with return instructions.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this on your return form.
Store credit may be offered upon request.
